The Training Manual Revision and ToT Orientation for Faculties' Professional Capacity Enhancement Program (PCEP) was organized to review and improve the training manuals and to orient faculty members who will serve as trainers for the program. The program covered five important modules: Participatory and Innovative Pedagogy (PIP), Assessment in Teaching and Learning (ATL), Digital Technology and e-learning (DTL), Education and World of Work (EWW), and Writing and Publication (WP). The main objective of the program was to strengthen the professional capacity of faculty members through effective teaching strategies, modern assessment practices, integration of digital technologies, linkage of education with the world of work, and enhancement of academic writing and publication skills. The program was supported by the University Grants Commission, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, and organized by the Tribhuvan University Faculty of Education. The event was conducted at Greenwich Village Resort Hotel (P.) Ltd., where faculty members and experts participated in discussions, manual revision activities, and orientation sessions aimed at improving the effectiveness of the PCEP training modules.
